Religious monuments worth visiting by Mark Sukhija

Over the years, I have visited my fair share of religious monuments and shrines. It's a bit hectic trying to keep up with who's who in the wide world of religion - let alone the world that combines religion, archiecture and history. So I really did feel compelled to included a page on religious monuments which seem to encompass all of the above.

Switzerland

From Switzerland I've included information on Berner Münster Cathedral of Saint Nicholas, Fribourg, Grossmünster and Fraumünster in Zürich and Parish Church of St Oswald and St Cassian, Sargans, Canton St Gallen.

Rome, Italy

To date, I've included information on Chiesa Della SS Trinita Degli SpagnoliOratory of the Most Holy Sacrament, Church of Santa Barbara dei Librari and Church of St Susanna, Cistercian Nuns.

Turin, Italy

From our trip to Turin, I've included Royal Church of San Lorenzo (Real Chiesa San Lorenzo) so far.

Florence, Italy

From our week in Italy, I visited the Basilica San Lorenzo in Florence as well as some others - which will be published here in due course/
