Kobal Curry & Cafe
30-June-2008
Back to our hole in the wall type of cafe in Kobal Curry for, unsurprisingly, a spot of Indian.
Kobal is a bit oddly decorated with several patterns of wallpaper on each wall and a counter with assorted foods on offer and various tables to feed at.
The Chicken Tikka Masala was a bit ropey today - it had something of the school lunch about it. Although the dahl, aubergines and rice were all excellently done and enjoyable. Most meals here are under 25Francs so costs are reasonable.
Service was pretty matter-of-fact and to the point but with lunch over and done with well within the hour.
Not bad, not good. Excellent line of average lunching.
