Basel Fasnacht - pair of Waggis

Basler Fasnacht is the most important date in the Basler calendar. Other than the lanterns at Morgenstraich the Waggis are some of the most prominent participants at Fasnacht. They're always colourfully presented and not in the slightest bit scared of humans. Of course, all Waggis come fully equipped with confetti which they have full intention of inundating the crowd with.
