Ok, so I took this two weeks ago at the Solothurner Fasnacht Umzuge - but I thought it was entertaining enough to be published now, even a little late.
The Waggis form an integral part of many Fasnacht throughout Switzerland and Solothurn is no exception. The Solothurner Fasancht Cortege was full of Waggis - so if you're a fan, it's worth a visit. The Cortege winds it's way through the Solothurn old town with its splendid historic French-influenced Baroque architecture.
