Lucerne - Water tower and bridges
If there's one symbol of Switzerland which is highly photographed, it's the water tower and the Chapel Bridge in the old town of Lucerne.
Right in Central Switzerland, the city is surrounded by mountains including Pilatus - which makes for a great half-day tour from the city.
But when you have a clear blue sky and sunshine, what better way to kill your lunch time than bite to eat overlooking the River and watching the world go by?
