The Egmont National Park is gem of a place to visit and often overlooked by visitors to New Zealand's Aside from the many walks and gardens, Mt Egmont hosts the Dawson Falls. At 900 meters above sea level, the Dawson Falls are a very pleasant drive through native bush on the south-eastern face of Mt Taranaki.
