IAH Holidays have contacted me. They're a small specialist tour operator - based in the UK - and offer tours to India and China for the 2009 Solar Eclipse. Their "products are very competitivley (sic) priced." They tell me that they ran 6 succesful eclipse tours in Turkey in 2006 and a number in Russia and China this year.

One of their websites - www.solareclipsechinaindiarussia.com - is purely a Solar Eclipse site and www.iahholidays.com which is a site that covers the solar eclipse and other speciality tours like snowshoeing in Cappadocia etc.
