This New Zealand waterfall is a drive over the Waitekeres moutains from Auckland at the small town of Karekare.
Secluded and discrete when we visted in July, ie low season, it's apparently popular during the summer months and was once a popular spot for weddings and filming of a well known series about a warrior princess.
For secluded beauty, on this occassion, I shall not fly in the face of public opinion.
