Caples Court
Review date: 13th November 2007
For our two nights in Queenstown, we stayed in the Caples Court Service Apartments. There are 9 apartments, most of which have views of the mountains. Sadly, as we just rolled up, we didn't get one with a view but we did get one with a rather private balcony round the back.
While not slap bang in the centre of the township, Caples Court is still centrally located within a 5/10 minute walk up a slight hill from town. Car-parking is available.
Our hosts were very helpful both in terms of getting us checked in and to our room as well as advising us on which tour operator to go with for the wine tour.
Our room was sizeable enoguh to accomodate both of us comfortably and, being round the back, the balcony was also private. The bed and sitting room had a dividing wall which helped keeep the seperation between sleeping and other activites (like eating.)
Basically, a very nice well run apartment. Recommended.
