We stayed in the Hotel Tivoli Lisboa for two nights for our weekend in Lisbon.

We found the staff in all areas to be quite hospitable and professional. We were checked-in quickly and efficiently and our porter was most helpful bringing our bags to the room. We also found the doorman to be quite knowledgeable about Lisbon and very willing to provide suggestions for our day in Belém.

Regarding our room, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The cupboard was sizeable. The one gripe I do have about the room was the bathroom. Far far far too small. I've stayed in rooms half this size with larger bathrooms that this one. There was only enough room for one - it was bl00dy difficult to sit down on the lavatory, the thing ws so small.

While the staff are great, I do find it very difficult to give a recommendation to the Hotel Tivoli Lisboa. No five star hotel should have bathrooms so small.
