Who is this bust of?

During our visit to Rome, we encountered the bust pictured to the right. But I don't know who the bust is of. The bust is located close to Church of Santi Giovanni e Paolo. As you face the Church, it's at the end of a passageway on the right hand side. If you know anything about this bust, please contact me and let me know.
