Bindella, Fribourg
Review date: 23 June 2007
As a general rule I don't hold Bindella outlets in especially high regard as they generally offer very average to sub-standard food at over-inflated prices. Sadly, the Bindella in Fribourg was true to form.
The ravioli was hideously overdone. The salad overdressed but sizeable. The lemon sauce on the Taglioni was overpowering and swamped the bland shell-fish that it came with.
Service was somewhat haphazzard varying between slightly but not-really interested and the downright couldn't-give-a-sh1t-about-the-customer.
Basically, coming in at around 45CHF per head I would have expected that the food was at least cooked properly.
