This site was setup as an aide-memoir. I'm often asked if
I know of a place to stay or eat somewhere or other. More often
than not, I couldn't remember the name of the place or had
forgotten other pertinent information. So I setup this site
to answer other peoples questions as well as help me remember
where I'd been / stayed / eaten.
Over time it's morphed into something with more of a narrative
/ guide slant but I've tried to keep all the pertinent information
on there.
Do you make restaurant / hotel / bar recommendations?
As far as possible, I've attempted to note where we stayed
/ ate or drank during a trip with an opinion if I liked it
or not. I've tried to included places addresses and links to
their websites, where available. Recently, I've started adding
links to Google Maps to show you where things are.
